We have 3 Medical Doctors that are CIC Panel Physician approved to perform examinations for Immigration Canada. 

We use the electronic system for medical records eMedical to submit all of the files. 

Our deadlines are very short to submit the medical exam: less than a week to send your files.

 We can provide you at your request, a copy of your results and proof of sending. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU NEED TO BOOK A NEW APPOINTMENT BY EMAIL TO PICK UP THE COPY OF YOUR RESULTS.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENT

AVAILABLE PARKING ON SITE

-Bring Original Passport or Government Issued picture I.D.

-Any official documents provided by IRCC for this exam.

-Any medication list and/or any recent relevant medical reports for any existing or previous conditions (medical specialist reports).

-Eyeglasses or contact lenses if you need to wear any. 

-Interpreter (VERY IMPORTANT) if you do not understand or speak English, French, Spanish or Arabic. 

-Younger than 16 years old applicants require to be accompanied by a legal guardian. 

-For Refugees, bring the Interim Federal Health Refugee Document or the Acknowledgment Of Receipt. 

-You do NOT need to fast, you can eat as normal before the appointment. 

-You do NOT need to bring pictures, as we use eMedical, we will take a digital photo at our office. 

After your medical exam, the Panel Physician will provide you the eMedical document with your Medical Case Number and photo, confirming that you have performed your medical exam on that date. 
For Up-Front Medical exams, you will need to submit that document with your application.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS, ALL PRICES ARE INCREASED BY 20$

ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE ADDED FOR ADDITIONAL EXAMINATIONS IF REQUESTED BY IMMIGRATION CANADA, here are some examples:

-Mini-Mental State Examination (cognitive problems or aged 75 years and over)
 
-Hepatitis B and / or Hepatitis C
 
-Assesment of Activities of Daily Living (if known problems or aged 75 and over)
 
-IGRA (additional blood test if tuberculosis suspected)
 

Please note that although we accept walk-ins, it is always preferred to book an appointment. This way you ensure a reserved appointment and ensure that we respect the schedule.
